Excellent! We really enjoyed this. I had to make a few subs based on what I had in the house: deli ham for prosciutto, halved grape tomatoes for sun dried, and jarred jalapenos for fresh. Couldn’t believe how all your different flavors worked so well together – but should have, as I’ve tried so many of your recipes and energy ones was a winner in our house!
