These look wonderful! However, the quantity is far too much for my family. I’m wondering if this recipe would lend itself well to make as a freezer meal. i.e., freeze the meat and marinating liquid in smaller portion sizes. Then pull out one freezer bag and let meat defrost overnight (hence continuing to marinade) and then assemble the kebabs for the grill.

All your kebab recipes look so tasty, I thought it would be nice to grill several different types of kababs so that guests could have a sampling of a few different meats in one sitting.
