To save on time that I didn’t have, I ended up using a 680g bag of coleslaw in lieu of the small cabbage and carrots. This dish was delicious and easy. Thank you!

I made this dish as part of my food prep this weekend. Simple to make and simply delicious! I did substitute 98% lean ground turkey and thyme in place of coriander because I ran out of coriander. It was still delicious and even better the next day!
